The storage time for packages is 15 days from the date of delivery to the post office.
However, now during the Korona times, the storage period for all packages has been increased to 30 days.

Postal parcels arrived in Finland as returns should have been the subject of an import declaration EU return of the goods.

In 2019, a Russian consumer can receive online duty-free purchases if their total monthly value does not exceed 500 euros or the total weight does not exceed 31 kg. Postage is not included in tax-free sales. The customs duty for the over 500 euros is 30%. If the Consignment weighs more than 31 kg, the customs duty of 4 euros shall be charged for each additional kilogram.
If both thresholds are exceeded, the tax is levied only once at the higher rate.

In 2020, Russian consumers will be able to receive duty-free e-commerce purchases if the total value of a single shipment does not exceed 200 euros or the total weight does not exceed 31 kg. Postage is not included in tax-free sales. The customs duty for the over 200 euros is 15%. If the consignment weighs more than 31 kg, a customs duty of 2 euros shall be charged for each additional kilogram. If both thresholds are exceeded, the tax is levied on the more expensive actual tax.
Cross-border e-commerce is VAT-exempt and above-tax costs are paid by a Russian buyer. He pays the fee on the Russian postal website with his own bank ID. He gets the information about the tax upon arrival and must have paid the tax before handing over the package to him.
