After the payment, you will receive the Matkahuolto's activation code and tracking codes from Matkahuolto and Russian post via e-mail.

If you want us to prepare the export declaration, please also enter your personal identification number or company's business ID. Or prepare documents by yourself.

Choose suitable Matkahuolto terminal. NOTE! Do not leave your package in Matkahuolto's self-service postboxes. You need to bring it to the customer service point or order a package pick-up from the desired address.

Show shipements activation code on Matkahuolto terminal. Employee will print out a label and stick it on top of the package.

The tracking code from the Russian Post will be activated when parcel arrives to our terminal in Finland. From that moment you can track your shipment on the Russian Post site. You can also inform recipient about the tracking code.

The recipient will receive an arrival notification from the Russian Post office.

Insurance
According to our experience sending the package to Russia is safe. However, if a package is lost, we will automatically compensate for the loss of the package depending on its type as written below. The insurance activates from the moment the shipment was transferred to the Russian Post.
Priority parcel
Maximum compensation in case of loss: 40 SDR* per shipment + 4,5 SDR for every kg + shipping costs.
Compensation of the insured package: customs value + shipping costs – insurance fee.
ATTENTION: The amount of compensation can not exceed the value of declared goods in the parcel.
EMS express package
Maximum compensation in case of loss: 130 SDR* per shipment + shipping costs.
Compensation of the insured package: customs value + shipping costs – insurance fee.
