To start the process you need to fill in
an application or you can also apply directly on the Russian Post website. An application for reimbursement can be made either by the sender or the consignee and can also be submitted by an agent.
Applications will be processed within six months of the date of receipt send us the application, the reimbursement processing time for EMS packages is four months. If the package is not found the compensation shall be paid within 10 days after making the decision about compensation.
